    • What if my Code has the message: "This item has been returned."
      This means that your code was returned. You will receive an email confirming the return from Walmart.com.
    • What if I used a Walmart gift card or PayPal account to pay for my purchase?
      You are still required to enter an email address during the order process and would have received an order confirmation number from Walmart.com when making the purchase. You will enter these details on the Digital Delivery Center website. Your ZIP code will actually be your shipping ZIP code in this case since you didn't enter your billing information.

      You are still required to enter an email and shipping address during the order process and would have received an order confirmation number from Walmart.com when making the purchase. You will enter these details on the Digital Delivery Center website. There will not be an order history for you to look up your order details when ordering as a guest.

Fill out the required fields (the recipient's email address) and select Send. You can gift a code as many times as you like, but it can only be used once.
    • What if I receive an error that the gift email address is invalid?
      Check that you are sending to the correct email address and that you have filled out the Recipient's Email Address properly.

      You will see a message in orange just above the Order Number that will show you the email address you just sent the gift to. If you return to the website at a later time and search for your order, you will be able to see the email address and the most recent date the gift was emailed by clicking on the Code.
